As we enter our 20th year of providing quality women’s healthcare in the east valley, we are grateful for your referrals.
Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30 pm. We are reachable 24 hours/day, 7 days / wk.
We have privileges at two area hospitals, giving our patients a choice of either Banner Baywood or Banner Gateway Medical Center.
We accept most major commercial insurance plans, including all AHCCCS plans, except Maricopa Health Plan. We recently contracted with University Family Care.
We currently have 3 physicians in our office: Dr. Sidney Semrad, D.O. and Dr. Jeffrey Izenberg, D.O.; Shary Borhan, M.D. joined the practice in September and has been well received by our patients. We also have a nurse practitioner, Dawn Williams, who has been with the practice for 15 years.
We have an independently contracted certified ultrasonographer that comes to our practice to provide our patients with in-house OB ultrasounds on Tuesdays and Fridays. She is also trained in 3D/4D, offering our patients pictures and a CD to take home.
Lab Corp is in the office, which makes it convenient to our patients who need blood work.
Over the past year, we have been offering in-office hysteroscopies, endometrial ablations (Novasure or Her Option) for our patients with heavy bleeding, and Essures (tubal ligation).
Dr. Semrad has also been trained in Botox and Restylane injections and offers free consults to all patients.
Dr. Semrad is one of a handful of physicians that has received extensive training on the Intuitive Da Vinci robot, and he is excited to be part of this new technology. Dr. Izenberg is skilled in Laparoscopic assisted hysterectomies.
These hysterectomy patients are going home the day after surgery with 3 to 4 bandaids and loving it.
