Maternity Plans for cash paying patients:
Vaginal deliveries: $3,200
C-section: $3,500
The package includes all office visits, an OB ultrasound and any post partum visits needed.
$250 is due at first appointment. A payment plan will then be set up at the first appointment. A discount of 20% is applied if account is paid in full by the 8th month. Patients will be responsible for their labs, hospital costs, and any additional tests.
Federal Emergency AHCCCS Maternity Plan:
Total cost is $750 which includes all office visits and one ultrasound. $250 is due at initial office visit. Patient will be responsible for all lab costs.
